Return Policy:
Undamaged or unused items can be returned within 30 days of original purchase with order number. Refunds will be processed the same way as original payment. All vintage, jewelry, and sale items are final sale.

Due to the nature of small business, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost. To process a return, please email us with the nature of the return. Once confirmed, please send item back to 28147 W Commercial Ave. Lake Barrington, IL 60010 and include your name, order number, and phone number. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Julie at info@thewinterberrycompanies.com with a description of the problem and a photo of the item within 3 days of arrival. We will contact you with next steps. 


Custom Gift Boxes:
If you receive one of our custom boxes and something is damaged, please follow the above instructions.

We currently do not accept returns on gift boxes. If something doesn't fit your style, please re-gift. We're sure someone would be delighted. 


In-Store Shopping:
During the covid-19 pandemic, we require all persons who enter the shop to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth. Sanitizer is stationed at the entrance/exit of the shop. We will refuse service to those not wearing face masks in order to keep our customers and employees safe.
